Manufacturing Process
Seamless pipes are produced via hot extrusion and cold pilgering or drawing without any longitudinal weld seams, ensuring maximum structural integrity under high pressure and temperature. Welded pipes are formed continuously from precision-slit plates or sheets using advanced ERW, EFW, or LSAW techniques, followed by automated TIG/plasma welding and full solution annealing.

Quality Control and Testing
All BELNADE pipes and tubes undergo rigorous non-destructive testing (NDT), including eddy current inspection, hydrostatic pressure testing, and X-ray radiograph examination (for welded pipes). Dimensional tolerances, ovality, wall thickness uniformity, and mechanical tensile/flattening tests are performed strictly in accordance with ASTM standards.
Packaging and Export
Pipes and tubes are supplied with plastic protective caps on both ends to protect bevelled or threaded edges. Bundles are secured with durable strapping, wrapped in protective woven fabric or plastic film, and packed into secure wooden crates or containers to ensure damage-free transit.
