Product Overview
UNS N06455 (Alloy C-4) is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum superalloy engineered for high thermal stability. By controlling carbon and silicon content and utilizing titanium stabilization, UNS N06455 prevents the precipitation of grain-boundary phases in the heat-affected zone of welds and during high-temperature thermal exposure.
It provides reliable performance in chemical processing environments containing mineral acids, chloride compounds, and organic acids at elevated temperatures.
