Product Overview
UNS N06035 (Alloy G-35) was developed specifically to solve severe corrosion challenges in chemical manufacturing where traditional nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys fall short. With an ultra-high chromium content (~33%), it delivers remarkable resistance to oxidizing acids, particularly wet-process phosphoric acid used in fertilizer production.
It combines this oxidizing acid defense with moderate molybdenum content to maintain protection against localized chloride pitting. UNS N06035 eliminates the need for post-weld heat treatment in most structural vessel fabrications.
