Manufacturing Process
Our bars and wires undergo rigorous metallurgical processing, starting with Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM) followed by Electroslag Remelting (ESR) or Vacuum Arc Remelting (VAR) to ensure maximum internal purity. Bars are then hot-rolled or forged using heavy industrial presses, followed by precise solution annealing, straightening, and surface peeling, turning, or centerless grinding. Wires are cold-drawn through multi-stage diamond dies and bright-annealed in protective atmospheres to achieve superior surface finish and tensile strength.

Each shipment is delivered with a full EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Certificate (MTC).
Packaging and Export
To protect high-precision surfaces during international ocean or air transit, bars and wires are bundled securely, wrapped in moisture-resistant plastic sheeting, and packed inside rugged, fumigation-free wooden crates or reinforced steel frames.
